Option 1 — Custom password (Drive)
If you changed your password via the Projects panel, delete the file
IMP_GATE_PASSWORD.json from the
INVOICE folder in Google Drive.
The gate falls back to the Railway variable immediately on the next request.
Option 2 — Railway variable
Go to
Railway → impressivecc → Variables, update
ADMIN_PASSWORD, and redeploy. Takes effect in ~1 min.
